This carefully curated foot kit from Anaghaya is an ideal companion for the Ayurvedic night routine. The ingredients used in the oils in this kit are ideal for soothing, relaxing and grounding our energy after a long day on our feet.

As per Ayurveda the feet contain energy points that connect to all organs of the body. Through the practice of foot massage we are able to bring in fresh energy to our internal organs and help them to detoxify and rejuvenate through a restful night sleep.

Anaghaya’s Ayurvedic Foot Care Ritual Kit comes with: — 

Foot massage oil - Blend of natural herbs that relaxes tired feet, improves circulation, and nourishes the skin.

Foot kansa wand- Ayurvedic tool made of bronze that gently massages the feet, promoting relaxation, improving circulation, and balancing energy.

Foot scrub powder - Natural blend of herbs and grains that exfoliates, softens, and revitalizes the feet, leaving them smooth and refreshed.

Hand & foot balm - Moisturizing blend of pure A2 ghee and natural ingredients that deeply nourishes and softens dry, cracked skin.

Natural Aromatic Massage Candle - is a soothing, melt-to-oil candle infused with essential oils, providing a calming massage experience while moisturizing the skin.

How to use: - 

Step - 1 Foot massage oil 100ml

Clean foot & sole nicely. Apply warm oil all over the foot & massage well with Kansa wand starting from toes to heels all over the sole. One foot at a time. Leave a while & relax.

As an alternative to lift the mood use Aroma candle oil.

Light up the candle oil & allow to melt a little. Pour down the melted oil in palms & gently massage all over the foot one after the other.

Step - 2 Foot kansa medium

Slowly run the kansa wand up and down the sole.

Then begin to work in gentle circular motions applying very light pressure.

Massage each foot for 10-15 minutes.

Medium - weight - 151gms 
Size - 6”x2.5” x2.5” 

Step - 3 Foot Scrub

Sprinkle powder all over foot & scrub lightly. Rinse well to remove dead cells. Pat dry.

Step - 4 Hand & Foot balm 15 gm

Apply all over the feet & allow to absorb.

Use this as daily routine for best results.
